Built in 1857, the property has taken many forms including a farm, a working vineyard and most recently as a luxury accommodation and events space. Almost two decades ago, Le Mas was taken over by a French-Australian family seeking a property with a climate and soil similar to the wine regions of Southern France. Upon discovering the 160-year-old homestead planted with rare Grenache vines pre-dating 1935, they set about restoring the historic residence surrounded by manicured gardens and picturesque vineyards.  

Nestled between the Para River and vineyards on the valley floor, Le Mas is perfect for a weekend away or special occasion. Enjoy the personalised service of an on-call French host dedicated to creating a bespoke experience for you and your guests. Indulge yourself with French inspired home cooked meals in the opulent setting of the Orangerie. Each meal is lovingly prepared with a delicious combination of fresh produce grown on site or locally sourced.
